Refund Policy

We aim to provide clear, high-quality web design and digital services with transparent expectations from the start. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all services offered by Web Launch Experts.

By purchasing any service, the client agrees to this Refund Policy as part of the overall service agreement.

All deposits paid for website design, development, and related services are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits are used to secure project time, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Once a project has been booked, that time is reserved exclusively for the client.

Once work has started on a project, no refunds will be issued for any completed or partially completed work.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Website design work
• Development and setup
• E-commerce configuration
• Content implementation
• Revisions already delivered
• Strategy or planning work already completed

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced, the client remains liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any outstanding balances for completed work must be paid in full before the project is closed.

Once a website or digital product has been completed, approved, and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Approval includes written or implied approval after the revision period has passed.

Hosting and recurring services are billed in advance.

Due to the nature of digital hosting services, no refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has started.
Clients may cancel hosting services with written notice before the next billing cycle begins.

If cancellation occurs after payment has been processed, the service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Each case will be reviewed individually, taking into account:

• Work completed
• Time invested
• Project stage
• Client communication and delays
• Agreed scope of work

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve any concerns directly with Web Launch Experts.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and legal or debt recovery action where necessary.

All services provided are digital and custom in nature. Once work has begun, resources are allocated and time is committed specifically to the client’s project. For this reason, refunds are not generally possible.

Any refund-related queries must be submitted in writing for review and response. All communication should be directed through the official contact channels provided at the time of service.
