Which payment methods can I accept on the store?
Card payments and instant EFT through South African gateways like PayFast, Yoco and Ozow. We set up and test your gateway before launch.
What if I have more than 20 products?
No problem. Additional products are R50 each, uploaded with a professionally written title and description. Very large catalogues are quoted separately.
Do I need Facebook or Instagram to sell online?
No. Essential Ecommerce gives you a complete store without them. Elite Ecommerce is for businesses that want to be found on Facebook, Instagram and Google, and we set up everything you need.
What do I need to provide?
Your product photos, prices, basic product details, logo and brand colours. We handle the product descriptions, legal pages and technical setup.
How is this different from Shopify?
You pay a one-time setup fee and own your store, with no platform lock-in or paid apps. A monthly Store Care Plan covers your hosting, security, updates and support. You also keep all the profits you make for we do not charge a transaction fee.
Can I manage products and orders myself?
Yes. Every package includes a video walkthrough showing you how to add products, update prices and process orders, plus post-launch support.
Why do I need a Store Care Plan, and what does it cover?
Online stores handle payments and orders, so they need more upkeep than regular websites. The plan covers hosting, backups, updates, security monitoring, order email delivery and small monthly edits, from R490/month.
How long do Google and Meta approvals take?
Google and Meta decide approvals, not us. We set up your catalogue to meet their requirements and fix any issues during your support period. Timing varies, but it’s often within a few days.
